Things to know before making your lips look bigger

Each era has its beauty tendencies and if breast augmentation in Turkey is one that lasts, the injections

to make the lips fat are a «fashion» much more recent...

This procedure was put forward by the Kardashians, especially by Kylie Jenner, who represents this look like no other.

Are you interested in getting your lips bigger? Here’s everything you need to know before you get your lips injected.

Doctors can use different products to make lips bigger. In fact, most procedures will involve more than

one product, since different mixtures will give different results.

The basic ingredient for lip filling is hyaluronic acid, which is naturally produced by the body and is

employed in many anti-aging serums or creams. Injections simply contain much more and their action

is more targeted. It is important to know that it is possible to make only one lip, for example, or to obtain

a subtle effect. You should listen to the best doctors in Turkey, because you cannot determine what is

the best thing.

How to prepare for the injection

Two weeks before the intervention, refrain from using medications or products that can thin the blood, such

as aspirin, vitamin E and fish oil (such as omega-3 supplements). This will reduce the risk of bleeding or

bruising.

Of course, if you have a condition that makes the blood clearer or if you need to take blood thinning

medication for health reasons, talk to your doctor first! If so, the lip augmentation may not be for you.

The duration of the procedure

First, there is consultation prior to the injection of filling agents, so it is not something that is done

impulsively or spontaneously.

Then, the appointment will last around an hour or even less. There will first be an examination and

discussion with the doctor, followed by the usual application of an anesthetic cream, which takes effect

in a few minutes.

The injections will come next. On average, women receive from 3-4 injections per lip, up to 12 injections

per lip (a «syringe» corresponds to about 7 injections). Normally, this stage lasts about 20 minutes.

It should be noted that injections into the lips are not as simple as receiving a vaccine: after each

injection, the doctor will adjust and move the fillers to «sculpt» the lips. And apparently, this is the most

painful step.
